Since the '90s, I’ve been a stylist and salon owner, building a loyal following
by giving my clients the perfect cut, color, style, and extensions.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the toll that age, styling processes, and trends can take
on every hair type. After 25 years behind the chair, I knew it was time to create something different—not just another product on the shelf, but a real game changer for your hair—and the planet.
L’Ouest is a brand rooted in nature, health, and balance, designed to give your scalp and hair
the love they deserve while keeping things eco-friendly. In a world that’s constantly on fast forward, L’Ouest is here to hit pause to let your hair breathe and reset. It’s mindfulness for your mane.
After years in the industry and trying countless products on both myself and my clients, I realized what’s truly needed: simple, effective essentials made with the finest ingredients nature has to offer.
My formulas are carefully crafted with nutrient-rich botanical oils and plant extracts
that work with your hair, not against it. From deeply hydrating sunflower seed oil to rich jojoba
and cacao butter, every ingredient is handpicked to nourish, protect, and rejuvenate,
leaving your hair vibrant, youthful, and full of life.

Natasha Scott

A Southern California native, Natasha Scott has 25+ years of experience in the beauty and hair industry. Her passion for healthy, happy hair has been her number one talking point for years. Creating beauty routines for clients that fit their different lifestyles and having them say,
“I love my hair,” has inspired her new hair care line, L’Ouest.
After graduating from UCSB in 1995, styling caught Natasha’s attention and she went to beauty school. But it was being mentored by two French stylists in Montecito that gave her the strong foundation she needed to open her first salon. When she and her family moved to Ojai in 2016, a new chapter began, and Natasha opened Glo West. The salons reputation grew fast thanks to Natasha’s skills and thoughtfully selected products. Glo West carried fantastic lines, but she recognized the market was still missing products that encompassed all of her beauty ethos - healthy hair, scalp, eco-friendly and efficacious. Natasha collaborated with expert formulators to create L’Ouest -
a line that has minimal ingredients and doesn’t mask the hair but enhances it from the inside out.
L’Ouest allows Natasha to share her beauty values far beyond her chair.
Her hope is that eco-friendly products that actually work will allow consumers to weed out less environmentally healthy lines. Transparency, she believes, is key to retaining clients
and customers and is the reason for her business success to date.
